Guido Zimmermann

Informationen zum Künstler

Coming from the illegal graffiti scene, Guido Zimmermann made his way from his passion for classical painting to the studio – and back onto the street. Since his youth, his artistic work has included an examination of the design of gigantic as well as small, filigree surfaces. The stylistic crossing of the graffiti style with detailed oil painting has become one of his key visual characteristics. While many of his paintings in the past could be explained by anthropomorphism, the artist is currently concerned with correlations and interrelations. According to him, “almost everything is interrelated”. This topic could occupy him for a long time.
